Phase 1: Discovery
In the Discovery phase we work with you and your organization to define the communications needs for each group of stakeholders:
your leadership, peers, sponsors, influencers, approvers, and users. To better understand the wide range of feelings and perceptions that your program
may evoke – and to better understand your environment – we employ a proven group of analysis tools and methodologies; we may
interview key stakeholders, conduct focus groups and/or develop questionnaires to build a detailed stakeholder analysis that can
be acted on. We then create comprehensive strategies to address all the groups of
people who are impacted by your program.
Phase 2: Development
Based on the stakeholder analysis and strategies mapped out during Phase 1, we develop detailed communications plans and
materials targeting the many groups of people affected by your program – from leadership to end-users. By being sensitive to your
organization’s culture and the interests of your stakeholders, we create the clear, concise and persuasive materials required to
build understanding and awareness, engagement and involvement, and acceptance and support. Supported by a full-service,
creative-services division, the deliverables we produce are well designed and effective: from memos and announcements,
presentations to program branding, posters, intranets, videos and more.
Phase 3: Delivery
Reaching the right people at the right time is key. Working as an integral part of your program team, we manage the phased
delivery, and continuous modification of communications for your program. As your program progresses and evolves, so must your
communications. We employ surveys and other feedback mechanisms to help you understand your program’s reception and identify
areas for improvement.
