Our Team
Russell Jones is President of commIT. He has spent more than 30 years introducing technology within large organizations. He has deployed applications and technology in over 80 countries and understands the plethora of cultural and business challenges that must be overcome to successfully implement change in a diverse global organization. Russell has managed a project portfolio of over $500 million, has lead organizations of over 200 people and multi-year programs of over $50 million. He has a degree in European History and English Literature.
Matthew Arnold is commIT’s Director and Account Manager. Trained as a visual artist, he brings creativity and out-of-the box thinking to develop communications and marketing strategies for IT clients. For the past several years, he has worked with clients to communicate global technology deployments, corporate reorganizations, and other large-scale changes through a wide range of traditional and electronic media. Matthew has a Masters of Fine Art degree from Yale University and a Bachelors degree from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
Jean Tang is a Senior Consultant for commIT. She is a non-practicing lawyer and accomplished freelance journalist whose diverse background (bicultural, trilingual, lived and traveled around the world) informs a complex prism of stakeholder perspectives. She graduated from The Juilliard School (with a degree in piano), Cornell University and the University of San Diego School of Law (cum laude), and lives in New York City. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Boston Globe, New York, Travel + Leisure, and National Geographic Traveler.
Raoul Didisheim is Senior Interactive Specialist for commIT. He is recognized for aligning technical and creative teams to meet business needs. He has a firm understanding of user experience and a deep knowledge of interactive technologies. Raoul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Emerson College.
Cindy Workman is Senior Designer for commIT. She has created unique branding and messaging for a wide variety of clients: CBS/Big Brother, HBO4 Kids, HP, Pfizer, weightwatchers.com, Cravath, Swaine and Moore, Golden Gloves of America, The Mingus Big Band and FHM and Spoon magazines. In addition to her career as a designer, Cindy has realized a twenty-three year career as a fine artist. Internationally recognized, Cindy has had numerous shows in galleries and museums throughout the world. Cindy is a MFA graduate of Chelsea School of Art, London.
